The cases recorded during December 2025 reveal a deeply concerning pattern of state repression, arbitrary detentions, physical and psychological torture, and unlawful executions carried out by Pakistani security forces. These abuses underscore a continuing climate of impunity and fear across the Balochistan.
A total of 86 cases of enforced disappearances were documented, reflecting widespread and systematic targeting of civilians. Additionally, 41 victims were released after enduring severe mental and physical torture, further illustrating the use of coercive interrogation methods.
During this month, 11 confirmed cases of extrajudicial killings were recorded, highlighting the lethal consequences of unchecked state power. These findings reflect the deteriorating human rights situation in Balochistan and indicate an urgent need for independent investigations, accountability mechanisms, and international monitoring to protect vulnerable communities.

Cases of Enforced Disappearances

Extrajudicial Killings
The extrajudicial killings by Pakistani forces in Balochistan continue unabated. The Pakistani military is reportedly detaining and killing individuals without due process for undisclosed reasons. In the month of December 2025, eleven (11) individuals were extrajudicially killed. The recorded cases of these extrajudicial killings are listed below:
Khalil Ahmed
Khalil Ahmed, son of Ahmed, a serving employee of the police department and a resident of Panjgur, was forcibly disappeared on 13 December 2025 by intelligence agencies and security personnel. According to local sources, Khalil Ahmed was taken from the Tasp area earlier that day. Hours later, his bullet-riddled body was recovered from the Chakul Kalug area. The body bore clear and visible signs of severe torture.
Abdul Wahab
Abdul Wahab, 33 years old, son of Abdul Hakeem and a resident of Paroom, Panjgur, belonged to a poor family and worked as a driver to support his household. He was forcibly taken by a state-backed death squad in November 2025. After one month of disappearance, his body bearing multiple bullet wounds was found on 4 December 2025 in the Pull Abad area of Panjgur.
Khuda Bakhsh
On 4 December 2025, the mutilated body of Khuda Bakhsh, a resident of Johaan, was found in Khaliq Abad Badring, a subdivision of Mungachar.
Zahoor Ahmed
On 4 December 2025, the mutilated body of Zahoor Ahmed, a resident of Khaliq Abad and belonging to the Ledhi tribe, was found in Khaliq Abad Badring, subdivision of Mungachar.
Barkat Khan
On 4 December 2025, the mutilated body of Barkat Khan, a resident of Kashaan and belonging to the Ledhi tribe, was found in Khaliq Abad Badring, subdivision of Mungachar.
Note: Khuda Bakhsh, Zahoor Ahmed, and Barkat Khan were relatives and all belonged to the Ledhi tribe.
Shah Zeeb
On 4 December 2025, a mutilated body was found near a football ground in Zehri, district Khuzdar. The deceased was later identified as Shah Zeeb, son of Mohammad Aslam Mulazai, a resident of Sadiqabad, Zehri city, Khuzdar district.
Muhammad Naeem
On 14 December 2025, Muhammad Naeem, son of Muhammad Yaqoob, a resident of Khairabad, Kech, was shot by armed men on a motorcycle in Khairabad, Kech.
Samidullah
On 16 December 2025, Sameedullah, son of Naiz Mohammad, was shot dead by motorcycle riders in Shamsar, West Balochistan. He was a resident of Paroom, Panjgur, and had been living in the area as a refugee. He worked in a bakery to earn a livelihood and support himself.
Shakeel Ahmed
On 28 December 2025, the bullet-riddled body of Shakeel Ahmed, son of Bashir Ahmed, was found near a madrasa in Waheer area of Wadh, Khuzdar.
Two unidentified Bodies On 28 December 2025, two unidentified bodies were discovered in Besima, Washuk district.
